A collection of stills from my university final year project entitled ‘Sigil’.

The short film contains no dialogue and follows a character moving through different environments, each showcasing different compositing techniques.

The film includes digital green screen footage captured on a home made green-screen, creative use of colour correction, masking, solids, adjustment layers, tracking, time lapse, particles and keying as well as editing, music, Foley and lighting. These were all used to produce the highest possible results using a home pc and university filming equipment.

Scene 1 focuses on keying and fractle noise fx
Scene 2 on compositing an image of a person into a scene
Scene 3 on sky replacement
Scene 4 on particle fx and reversed film
